Bon Bon

Meet darling Bon Bon, a petite 9-month-old girl with a gentle, sensitive nature who is slowly blossoming and finding her confidence. Abandoned alongside her brother Nemo when they were just babies, she has spent her young life growing up in a shelter, relying on human kindness while dreaming of a home of her own. Bon Bon is the slightly shyer of the two siblings, but with patience, reassurance and love, this lovely little girl has so much potential to flourish. She and Nemo can be adopted separately, or together as a wonderful ready-made duo for a family looking to welcome two canine companions. Bon Bon deserves to discover the safety, happiness and affection every puppy should know. Could you be the special person to help her blossom? 🐾🤍

About Bon Bon

Darling ‘Bon Bon’ was just a baby when she was abandoned by a callous person. Look how she is gaining confidence in the video. She’s petite at 9months & so gentle. Her brother is called Nemo.

The siblings were discarded as though they were rubbish destined for a rubbish tip as babies. They huddled together for safety and comfort in the frightful confusion. They then went to a pound because no one wanted to look at them or be bothered to help them. They have next to no memory of the first weeks of their existences and have grown up in the shelter dependant upon humans. They are destined to be made homeless again (a common policy in some places/countries) which would be sheer terror for these two vulnerable infants.

You can see how they’ve ‘blossomed’ in just a couple of months in the brief video I took when I was last there. I’ll do more pictures and videos soon. The region they were unfortunate enough to be born in is mentioned in the film attached and you can see me the owner of the charity and rescuer) in the footage. We are trying to arrange a foster placement for them which will potentially be in the Devon area though we will look to have them snapped up for adoption first hopefully.

Sister ‘Bon Bon’ is the one with the white triangle on her nose and brother Nemo has a circle of white on his the wee fella.

She’s the slightly more demure of the two and Nemo is the more assertive though still a sensitive soul. They can absolutely be homed individually. Breeders can’t home all the litter under one roof either. They aren’t dependant on each other. Though what if you’re someone who is looking for two dogs and / or always had more than one canine companion in your lives? In that case they are a ready made twosome and the combination and unity couldn’t be more ideal. They get on well and their similar looks and markings make them a striking pair.

Look at their environment, their initial fear when they first went in to the enclosure & then their yearning expressions and searching eyes at the fence line. Any scrap of attention is their hope and they put everything into that morsels of human contact. It’s poignant & pitiful to see.

If there was William Morris’ wall paper in the background instead would we then choose them?
