Meet Arwen, a beautiful young girl of approximately seven months old who is finally beginning to flourish. When she was found, Arwen was emaciated and showed signs of having once worn a collar that had been far too tight — a heartbreaking start for such a young dog. Yet despite what she has endured, she has held on to her love of people and is now responding beautifully to kindness and care.
