Merril (Reserved STC)

Meet Merril, a petite young girl whose gentle nature shines through in every interaction. Calm, affectionate and wonderfully considerate, she has the kind of quiet sweetness that instantly puts both people and dogs at ease. Whether she's sharing cuddles with children, walking politely on a lead or simply sitting nearby with her soft, trusting gaze, Merril gives the impression that she wants everyone around her to feel safe and loved. Despite her difficult start in life, she remains cheerful, adaptable and eager to belong. With her easy-going temperament, love of companionship and beautifully composed personality, Merril is the sort of dog who doesn't just fit into a home – she makes it feel warmer.

About Merril

Darling petite ‘Merril’- her nature is so unmistakably pure in her videos. She appears to put the feelings of man & beast alike above her own. A gentle, loving & calm spirit ©

good with children A little bit about me in my own words I’ve been described as an ‘absolute sweetheart’ & my rave reviews😊didn’t stop there. The visitors continued to say ‘Loving. Small. I love her.’ I’m what you call an ‘all rounder’ because I’ll land ‘running’ as it were whilst being mellow. The charity said I’ll make a cheerfulcompanion with a composed air so you get the best of both worlds with me. I only have ‘best sides’ with no food possession, reactivity or anything else to note. Only loveliness. This isn’t unusual with the dogs the charity homes as we just want to please and belong. We aren’t feral or ‘street dogs’. That’s a misconception. We’re sadly abandoned & being in the shelter, whilst an improvement, isn’t the end of our potential misfortunes. We are dogs at risk though the charity will tell you more about this. I don’t understand fully. I thought things were looking up but apparently they could go right down hill again. What matters is a home. I’m gorgeous and if you choose me you’ll be saving me as-well as adopting the dream gal. I’ll play with your children, I’ll spoon you at night if you live alone & I’ll nestle between a couple. Resident dogs, cats and doggy play dates are welcome as is drinks in a local bar, dog friendly cafes & a film premier on the sofa. I’m an easy kind of lass. My size & nature if you’re first time owner is ideal and a delight for any dog lovers in general. I walk well on a lead, don’t toilet inside (without training being necessary) & I really can’t promote myself enough. Despite my infancy I have a maturity & rather than my tragic existence so far defining me it tends to benefit a good home. For example, because I’ve had to survive I can manage some hours alone. The charity constantly marvels at our adaptability & how adjusted we are. That’s because we never loose the desire to go on & to want humans in our midsts to fuss & care for us. The charity said you won’t look back if you choose me.
